Bryan Richard Figgins, 62, passed away at his home near Manter, Kansas, on July 18, 2026.Bryan was born on March 17, 1964, in Ulysses, Kansas, to Richard and Diane (Disch) Figgins. During his childhood, the Figgins family moved several times, living in Utah; Washington, where Brent was born; Kansas, where Brad was born; South Dakota, where Tammy and Brook were born; and Cheyenne Wells, Colorado, before settling on the family farm north of Walsh, Colorado, in 1974, where Brett completed the family. Bryan graduated from Walsh High School in 1982 and later attended Southwest Kansas Vo-Tech in Liberal, Kansas. He dedicated much of his life to farming and ranching in Colorado, Kansas, South Dakota, and Montana, taking great pride in the land, the livestock, and the values of hard work and perseverance. He also spent many years as an over-the-road truck driver, traveling the highways from coast to coast and from Mexico to Canada.  Above all else, Bryan's greatest joy was his family. The love of his life was his wife of nearly fourteen years, April. Together they built a life filled with love, cherished memories, gardens, and chickens. He was a devoted father to Cassandra, Cody, and Jesse (Jacob), and a proud grandfather to Blake, Everlee, Rylan, Charlotte, and Guinevere. Bryan is survived by his loving wife, April; his children, Cassandra, Cody, and Jesse (Jacob); his five grandchildren, Blake, Everlee, Rylan, Charlotte, and Guinevere; his parents, Richard and Diane Figgins; his brothers, Brent, Brook (Judy), and Brett (Crista); and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish his memory.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Tammy; his brother, Brad; and his niece, Faith. Bryan will be remembered for his unwavering work ethic, his love for the land, and the deep love he had for his family. His legacy will live on through the values he instilled, the lives he touched, and the memories shared by all who knew and loved him.
