Isabel Cecelia ("CC") Maes, 86, passed away on August 3, 2019 in Springfield.

Cecelia was born in Kim ,Colorado to Bernardo and Juanita Heguy on June 24, 1933.  She went to school at Kim.  She married Cipriano Eloy Maes on August 8 ^th 1951 in Raton, New Mexico. They were married for 67 years. She worked as a Jailer for the Baca County Sheriffs Office for more than 20 years, and at the Bar 4 Corral Restaurant for 15 years.

Cecelia is preceded in death by her mother and father, Bernardo Heguy and Juanita Heguy, her brother Steve Heguy, and her brother Joe Adam Heguy.

She is survived by her husband Eloy Maes of Springfield; her daughters: Boni Jaco (Mike), Kay Rosengrants (Mark) of Springfield, and Kimberly Crosby (Heith) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her sister Annie (Dan) Garcia of Prichett; her granddaughter Alex Maes of Greeley Colorado; her grandson Jesse Jaco of Castle Rock and brothers Bernard, Daniel and Tony.

The family of Cecelia wish to extend our sincere thanks to Bonnie Haddock, Julie Thompson, Lillian Goff, Kristen Schmidt, Betty Garcia, Wilma Metzger, and Dr. Antonio S. Manalo for the kind and compassionate care they provided for CC.

We will carry her in our hearts always.
