Daymond Hurbert Higgins
Daymond Higgins, age 87, died February 21, 2012, at the Walsh Healthcare Center in Walsh, Colorado.
Daymond was born to John and Cora Higgins on September 25, 1924, in Buchanan, Missouri.
Daymond lived his childhood years in Walsh. He spent a few months serving in the military before being honorably discharged in 1945. Daymond spent most of his adult life working in Denver for the Chrysler Corporation. After retiring, he returned to Walsh and lived in the nursing home there until his death.
Daymond is the last member of his brothers and sisters to pass. He has gone home to visit the Lord and to be with his family. Interment was in the Walsh Cemetery next to his brothers.
