Donald Ray Orosco, formerly of Springfield, passed away November 20, 2015, at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas, following a vehicle accident. He was 50 years old.

Donald was born January 24, 1965, in Walsh, Colorado. He attended school in Springfield and graduated with the SHS Class of 1983. He went on to attend college in Pueblo where he earned his bachelor's degree. At the time of his death Donald was working as a house inspector for various banks in Wichita.

Donald is survived by his mother, Mary Orosco of Springfield; wife, Christy Orosco of Wichita, Kansas; daughters, Anita Orosco of Thornton, Colorado, Kimberly Orosco and Erica Orosco both of Wichita; sister, Christina (Harold) Brewer of Springfield and granddaughter, Rae Lynn Orosco. He is also survived by his uncle, Manuel Escobar and cousin, Priscilla Escobar both of Springfield.

A funeral mass was held November 27, 2015, at Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church in Springfield. Interment followed in the Springfield Cemetery.
