James Milton McCormick was born May 12, 1924 in Lamar, Colorado to David and Hallie (Leach) McCormick.  He passed away April 30. 2020, at the Walsh Healthcare Center in Walsh, Colorado.  He was 95.

James was a World War II Veteran.  He worked as a carpenter in New Mexico most of his adult life.

Survivors include nieces, Peggy Penton, Barbara Wills, Jackie Wills all of Walsh, Beverly Beltz of Lamar, Brenda Donelson of Holly, Helen Mosher of Wichita, Kansas and Lela Lingle of Texas.
