Jose Luis Chanez-Garcia was born February 27, 1968, in Cusihuiriachi, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Jose Nievez Chanez and Maria Garcia.

Jose worked at Country Lollipops in Vilas and also at the Longhorn Restaurant in Springfield.

Jose passed away at his home in Walsh on March 14, 2020, at the age of 52.
