Paula Marie Carles

October 16, 1972 - July 4, 2024

Born in Lancaster, California to Duane Paul Carles and Barbara Irene Lasley Carles.

Paula was the first granddaughter of Dale and Kathryn Lasley.  She graduated from Las Vegas High and was an optometrist assistant for two years.

Paula moved to Lamar and found employment at Las Brisas and Green Gardens.  Upon moving to Springfield, she worked at Star Lite, Longhorn Steak House and Thriftway Market.  She loved helping people and these jobs enabled her to do what she enjoyed.

Paula was a cancer survivor of three different types of cancer.  Her companion, Jose, stood by her side and assisted with her recovery of 25 years.

Paula will be missed by her two aunts, Sharron Conrady and Wanda Natzke: a grandmother, Kathryn Lasley: a sister and brother-in-law: two nephews, James and Steven, as well as numerous friends and extended family members.
