Phillip Arnett Cooper was born April 6, 1943, to Wilbur and Mary Aliene Cooper in Springfield, Colorado. He passed away at his home in Springfield on November 6, 2013, at the age of 70 years.
Phil is survived by his wife, Edith; sons, Robert and Kim, Marty and Kim, and Carl; daughter, Stacy; brother, Gary and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Aliene; daughter, Barbara; brother, Jerry; and sisters, Carlene and Joy.
His friendly personality and that wonderful smile will be missed by his family and friends.
Phil had requested to be cremated and a service will be held at a future time.
