Randall "Randy" Dean Cogburn was born on September 27, 1954 in Elkhart, Kansas and entered his heavenly home on April 6, 2022 in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the age of sixty-seven.
Randy was the fifth child born to his parents, Chesla and Beryl Cogburn, and was raised in the Walsh, Colorado area. He attended schools in Walsh, Colorado and Elkhart, Kansas.
