Obituary
Walter Linden Swafford was born November 29, 1930, to Wilford and Berneice Stotts Swafford in Pratt, Kansas. He passed away February 15, 2017, at the Walsh Healthcare Center in Walsh, Colorado. He was 86.
A service celebrating the life of Walter was held February 24, in the Walsh United Methodist Church with Terry Krayenhagen officiating. The congregation sang Walter's favorite hymn "Faith Of Our Fathers".
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann of their home in Walsh; daughters, Tracy (Steve) Ginsburg of Austin, Texas, and Tammy (Greg) Hetrick of Walsh; a sister, Carolyn Barnes of Lee's Summit, Missouri; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
