Ralph Richard Kerr was born to Edith and Harry Kerr in Monte Vista, Colorado, on October 23, 1938.  He was one of three children.  Ralph grew up in Walsh and later went on to own and operate Northwest Petroleum Recycling in White City, Oregon.  He last resided in Central Point, Oregon. He passed away October 29, 2023.
